Grilled BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

Saras BBQ masala-3 tablespoons
Chicken leg - 2
Lemon Juice or Vinegar- 3 teaspoons
Coconut Oil- 2 tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1tablespoon
Chilli Flakes- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Take the cleaned chicken legs and make stripes on both sides. Marinate the chicken with 3
tablespoons of Saras BBQ masala, 3 teaspoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, one
tablepoon of ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Sprinkle some chilli flakes to make it more spicy.
Keep it aside. After one hour, place the chicken over the grill. Make sure that the coal is not over
burnt. Flip the chicken legs occasionally until it is properly cooked. Grill it for about 30 to 40
minutes. Serve it by garnishing with sliced onion, chillies and tomatoes.
Note- 1) You can use lemon juice instead of Vinegar. Or use both by taking 1½ teaspoons each.
2) If you are using the oven, preheat your oven to 160°. Place your chicken in the oven and
grill it for half an hour.
3) You can grill it on gas stove too in medium flame.
4) Put banana leaves over the grill to avoid sticking of the chicken pieces on the grill.
