Chicken- 1kg
Saras Chicken Chettinad Masala- 2 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder- ¾ teaspoon
Chilli Powder- 1 teaspoon
Oil- 4 to 5 tablespoons
Curry leaves- 2 strands
Small Onions- 150g
Tomato thinly sliced- 2
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Put some curry leaves. Add 150g of
small onions and saute it well. Add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste. Add the
chicken pieces. Mix it with ¾ teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chilli
powder and salt to taste. Fry it for 2-3 minutes in medium heat. Add tomatoes. Cook
for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of Saras chicken chettinad masala.
Add 250 ml of water and cook until the oil is clear. Serve hot.
