Chettinad Fish Fry

Ingredients

Seer Fish- 4 pieces
Saras Chettinad Fish Fry Masala- 4 tablespoons
Sliced Onion- half
Coconut Oil- 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Marinate the fish with 4 tablespoons of Saras Chettinad fish fry masala. Add
salt to taste. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Pour oil in a pan. Put the marinated fish in the heated oil. Flip its sides until it
is crispy. Serve it along with sliced onions.
