Egg Roast Masala

 Ingredients

Saras egg roast masala- 1½ tablespoon
Egg- 4
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger- ½ tablespoon
Chopped garlic- ½ tablespoon
Chopped green chillies- 3 to 4
Thinly sliced onion- 2
Tomato sliced- 2 medium sized
Turmeric powder- ½ tablespoon
Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
Garam masala- ¼ tablespoon
Curry leaves
Water
Salt to taste

Method of Preparartion

Boil eggs in a vessel with 4 cups of water and salt. After it is cooled, break its
shells and roast the eggs in a pan with a little oil and turmeric powder. Keep it aside.
In a pan, heat oil. Add ginger, garlic, chopped chillies, curry leaves and onion.
Saute it well until the onion is golden brown in colour. Add turmeric powder,
coriander powder and chilli powder in the prescribed quantities. Add chopped
tomatoes and cook until the oil is clear. Put the roasted eggs. Mix with the gravy. Add
one cup of hot water. Add the above mentioned quantities of Saras egg roast masala
and garam masala. Cover with a lid and cook until a thick gravy is obtained. Your egg
roast is ready now.
