Beef fry

Ingredients

Beef- ½ kg
Saras meat masala- 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli- ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tbsp
Oil- 5 tbsp
Curry leave- 2-3 strands
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Marinate ½ kg of beef with above menioned quantities of meat masala, chilli powder,
turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and salt to taste. Keep it aside for
1 hour. Pressure cook the beef with 2 cups of water for 6 to 8 whistles.
In a pan heat 5 tbsp of oil. Fry the cooked beef pieces until it is dry and crispy.
