Paneer Chat

Ingredients

Paneer -150 g
Saras chat masala- ½ tablespoon
Saras chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
Saras turmeric powder- ¼ tablespoon
Cumin powder – ¼ tablespoon
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon
Tamarind Chutney- 2 tablespoon
Sev- 2 tablespoons
Yoghurt- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Black salt- a pinch
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Take 150g of paneer in a bowl. Mix it well with ¼ tablespoon of chilli powder, a pinch of
salt, and ¼ tablespoon of turmeric powder.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the paneer. Replace it to a plate. Spread 1 tablespoon
of chilli powder, ¼ table spoon of cumin powder, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of tamarind
chutney, 1 tablespoon of yoghurt, a pinch of black salt, ½ tablespoon of chaat masala, 2 tablespoons
of sev and 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves over the paneer. Your Paneer chaat is ready
now.
