Tandoori chicken fry

Ingredients

Chicken- ½ kg
Saras tandoori masala- 2 tbsp
Curd – ¼ cup
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1½ tbsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Lime juice- 1 tsp
Oil- 5 tbsp

Method of Preparation

Take the chicken pieces and make stripes on both sides. Marinate the chicken pieces with 2
tbsp of Saras tandoori masala, ¼ cup of curd, 1½ tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric
powder, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp of lime juice.
To fry the chicken take a pan and heat 5 tbsp of oil. Fry the chicken pieces by flipping the
sides.
Note: 1)You can also fry the chicken by placing it over the grill. This will give you a smoky
flavour
2) If you are using the oven, preheat your oven to 160°. Place your chicken in the oven
and grill it for half an hour.
