Ingredients
Mutton- ½ kg
Mutton masala- 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Shallots- 5
Green chillies-2
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- ½ tsp
Fennel seed powder- 1 tsp
Oil- 5 tbsp
Curry leaves
Pressure cook the mutton pieces by adding 1 tbsp of salt for about 5 to 6 whistles. Dry excess
amount of water. After it is cooled, marinate the cooked mutton pieces with 1 tbsp of ginger garlic
paste, 1 tbsp of crushed shallots, crushed green chillies, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chilli
powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder , ½ tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of fennel powder, 1 tbsp of Saras
mutton masala and salt to taste. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Take a pan and heat 5 tbsp of oil. Fry
the mutton pieces and garnish it with fried curry leaves.
