Mashroom sabhji

Ingredients

Saras Kitchen King Masala- 1 tbsp.
Mushroom- 100 g
Green peas- ½ cup
Sliced Onion- 1
ChoppedTomatoes-3
Chopped potatoes- 2
Broccoli- one bowl
Green chillies- 2 sliced
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- ¼ tsp
Oil- 4 tbsp

Method of Preparation

Take a pan and heat oil. Add onion and fry till it is golden brown. Add salt to taste. Add
ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add potatoes, mushroom, broccoli and green peas. Cook for 3
minutes in medium flame. Add pepper powder, tomatoes and green chillies. Mix well. Now add 1
tbsp of Saras Kitchen King masala. Mix well. Add ¼ cup of water. Cover and cook for 5 to 6
minutes in low flames. Serve hot.
