Paneer Curry

Ingredients

Paneer cubes- 250g
Saras Kitchen King Masala- 3 tbsp
Capsicum-1
Onion- 1 sliced
Onion -1 finely chopped
Tomato-1 sliced
Tomato- 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Cashew nut powder- 1 tsp
Fresh Cream- 1 cup
Curd- ¼ cup
Oil- 3 tablespoon
Water
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Saute it. When it is done add finely chopped
onion and add salt to taste. Saute until it turns golden brown in colour. Add some water and mix
well. Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and cashew nut powder. Add chopped tomato. Mix and cook for
5 minutes on medium heat. Add Mix well. Add 3 tbsp of Saras kitchen king masala. Mix well. Add
¼ cup of curd. Keep stirring. Add water for the gravy. Now add chopped capsicum, onion and
tomato. Add paneer cubes as well. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add 1 cup of fresh cream.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
