Paneer- 12 cubes
Potato- 1 chopped
Carrot- 1 chopped
Cauliflower- ½ cup
Beans- 4 chopped
Green peas- ¼ bowl
Capsicum- ¼ bowl chopped
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Tomato- 2 sliced
Green chilli -1 sliced
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Garam masala- ¼ tsp
Saras curry powder- 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Kasuri methi- 1tsp
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Cloves- 5
Cardamom- 2
Almonds- 12
Cashew nuts- ¼ bowl
Bay leaf- 1
Coriander leaves- ¼ bowl
Oil- 7 tsp
Curd- ½ cup
Fresh Cream- 2 tbsp
Water
Salt to taste
Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan. Roast 12 cubes of paneer. Keep it aside. Roast ¼ bowl of cashew
nuts and keep it aside. Saute 1 chopped potato and carrot until it is half cooked. Add ½ cup of
cauliflower, 4 chopped beans , ¼ bowl of green peas and ¼ bowl of chopped capsicum. Saute well
for 3 minutes. Keep it aside.
Then pour 4 tsp of oil. Put 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of Kasuri methi and 1 sliced
green chilli. Saute it well. Put 1 finely chopped onion. Saute well. When it is golden brown in
colour, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chilli
powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, ¼ tsp of garam masala ,1 tsp of Saras curry powder and salt to
taste. Saute well.
Take a mixer grinder and grind 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 inch cinnamon, 5 cloves, 2 pods of
cardamom and 12 almonds. Add the paste in the masala and mix well. Cover and cook for 5
minutes. Add ½ cup of curd and stir well. Add roasted paneer, vegetables and cashew nuts. Mix
well. Add ½ cup of water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp of fresh cream and
mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves
